Booking & Cancellations
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations under 12 hours notice incur a 50% fee.
Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access.
Smart lock or key instructions must be shared at time of booking.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed securely online or invoiced digitally.
No cash payments are accepted.
Damage or Liability
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours.
WhiskitGreen is fully insured.
